Write the Marrow: Somatic Writing Workshop

Write the Marrow: Somatic Writing Workshop

$250.00

A 2-hour somatic writing workshop for women ready to get to the marrow of their truth one layer at a time

Saturday, Sept 19 | 9am PT / Noon ET

Beneath every story we tell is the one we haven't, "can't," or don't know how to.

For many of us, the story we've been telling both ourselves and the world is just the skin.

We know how painful it is to cut deeper, how messy it will get once we pass through the flesh so we stay on the surface. But what happens when we go layer by layer until we get to the marrow? Not all at once but slowly over time. What if we look at writing the truth as a practice that takes patience, care, and trust in ourselves, our audiences, and the community we may not have yet.

In this two-hour immersive workshop, writers Jessy Easton and Rebecca Woolf invite you into truth-telling through a series of guided writing invitations and somatic practices designed to move you from the skin of your story, through the flesh to the bone and finally the marrow of your truth.

With an emphasis on pushing boundaries in a safe, shame-free space, this workshop is designed for women looking to deepen their relationship with the page and expand their capacity for telling the truth of their experience.
